Schedule Risk
A single supplier delay cascades across the entire installation schedule — a missing accessory batch can hold up a completed cable pull for weeks.
LX Cable’s BOMFLEX service consolidates cables, conductors, and accessories into one factory-verified shipment — from BOM submission to destination port delivery.
Power, solaire, and telecom projects typically require cables and accessories from multiple categories. Managing separate suppliers for the same delivery creates compounding schedule, documentation, and cost risk.
A single supplier delay cascades across the entire installation schedule — a missing accessory batch can hold up a completed cable pull for weeks.
Consolidating certificates and packing lists from multiple suppliers before customs clearance is a repeatable source of delay and administrative overhead.
Local procurement of Chinese-manufactured cables typically carries 20–35% distributor margin on top of factory pricing.
BOMFLEX is LX Cable’s project supply service — a procurement and logistics framework that turns your project Bill of Materials into a single, factory-verified shipment at your destination port.
The name captures the core promise: BOM-based procurement with flexible multi-category fulfillment.
Instead of placing separate orders with multiple suppliers, you submit one BOM and receive one consolidated delivery — matched documentation, standardized inspection, and a single point of accountability.

BOMFLEX is currently focused on the project environments where multi-category sourcing creates the most value.
PV cables, MV power cables, and accessory hardware for solar plant construction
MV cables, overhead conductors, isolateurs, fittings, and joint kits for utility line projects
Optical fiber cables and accessories for FTTH and distribution network rollouts
From factory-produced cables to sourced accessories — BOMFLEX handles every item category in your project BOM, consolidated into a single verified delivery.

Power infrastructure projects are specified to different standards depending on the destination market — supplying the wrong standard is a project failure, not a substitution.

Submit your project BOM — cable types, specs, quantities, and destination. Our project manager reviews it, flags any gaps, and returns a consolidated quotation.
LX Cable manufactures cables in-house at our Guangzhou facility. Non-cable items are sourced from our qualified supplier network with pre-shipment IQC.
All items are received into LX Cable’s warehouse, inspecté, and re-packed to standardized shipping specifications. Container loading is optimized to protect cable drums and minimize volume waste.
Pre-shipment inspection is conducted against the agreed packing list with photographic documentation. PVOC, SONCAP, or COC third-party certification is coordinated at this stage where required.
Shipment dispatched on agreed Incoterms (EXW / GOUSSET / CIF) with full shipping documents, test report package, and real-time tracking shared with the project team.
Minimum 1-year warranty from delivery date. Your assigned project manager remains the point of contact for post-delivery technical issues and follow-on project requirements.
Common questions on BOMFLEX project scope, order process, and certification requirements — answered by LX Cable’s project team.
BOMFLEX is designed for project-based procurement requiring multiple cable types and accessories sourced, consolidated, and delivered together — solar and renewable energy, power distribution and transmission, and FTTX telecom rollouts. It is not suited for spot purchases of single product lines.
No fixed MOQ. The service is designed for B2B project teams — EPC contractors, utility procurement departments, and infrastructure integrators. Orders are assessed based on project BOM scope. Solar microgrid projects under 1MW are within normal BOMFLEX scope.
The “up to 30%” figure is a general benchmark comparing LX Cable’s factory-direct pricing against typical local procurement costs for equivalent Chinese-manufactured products. Actual savings depend on product mix, destination market, and procurement channel. It is most applicable to project BOMs sourced from Africa and the Middle East.
Availability and lead time are confirmed for every BOM item at quotation stage. Extended lead times are flagged with options — standard, expedited, or compatible alternative. Consolidated shipment timing is set by the longest-lead item; partial early deliveries can be arranged if the project schedule requires.
EXW, GOUSSET, and CIF. Payment by T/T or L/C; O/A terms available for established project clients. All terms confirmed at quotation stage.
Oui. LX Cable coordinates third-party inspection and certification for PVOC (East Africa), SONCAP (Nigeria), and COC (other African markets) as part of the BOMFLEX shipment process. Confirm destination requirements when submitting the BOM.
Oui. Private-label packaging, custom drum labeling, and OEM documentation are supported. Specify requirements at BOM submission stage — lead time for OEM packaging is included within the standard production timeline.
Share your project BOM — product types, specs, quantities, destination, and required delivery date. We'll respond with a consolidated quotation covering your full scope.
