LX Cable is a direct manufacturer. We operate our own production facilities in Guangzhou, China, spanning a total of 30,000㎡ across two bases, where MV power cables, Glasfaserkabel, Solarkabel, and overhead conductors are manufactured in-house. We hold ISO9001 certification for our quality management system. For accessory items outside our direct production scope, we consolidate supply through our BOMFLEX sourcing service — but the cables themselves come straight from our factory floor.

LX Cable was established in the 1990s and formally incorporated as a company around 2000. We have over 25 years of production experience in power cables and electrical accessories, with a track record of export to 130+ Länder across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.

Yes. Our R&D and production teams handle OEM orders based on customer-supplied drawings, project BOMs, or regional standard requirements. We can produce custom conductor cross-sections, insulation types, armoring configurations, and outer sheath colors. Yes. For customers requiring branded drum markings, project-specific cable labels, or new cable constructions developed from application requirements, our team can accommodate ODM development. This includes R&D review, prototype production, and iterative testing before sign-off.

LX Cable manufactures low voltage (LV, up to 3kV) and medium voltage (MV, 3.6kV to 36kV) Stromkabel. MV cables are our primary production focus. We do not produce cables rated above 36kV. Browse our MV Power Cable range for full specifications.

Our cables are manufactured to international standards including IEC 60502, IEC 60794 / IEC 60793, IEC 61089 / ASTM B232 / BS 215, and EN 50618 / IEC 62930. Regional and project-specific standards can be accommodated on request.

Yes. Through BOMFLEX, we consolidate cables, joint kits, surge arresters, Isolatoren, overhead line fittings, and other project accessories into a single coordinated shipment. Learn more about BOMFLEX.

Yes. Both copper and aluminium conductor options are available across our LV and MV ranges. For overhead conductors, ACSR, AAAC, and AAC are produced in-house.

MOQ varies by product type, cable specification, and order configuration. For standard catalogue cable types, MOQ is typically set at the drum length or project lot level. For custom specifications or OEM orders, MOQ is determined during technical confirmation. Submit your project requirements for a specific assessment.

Lead times depend on product type and order complexity. For BOMFLEX-managed solar energy projects under 5MW, we target material readiness within 3 weeks. For urgent mini-grid projects under 1MW, the standard target is 2 weeks. A confirmed lead time is provided in the quotation.

Sample requests are accepted. Include the cable type, cross-section, voltage rating, and required length in your sample inquiry.

Yes. For large project orders with phased installation schedules, we coordinate split shipments to match on-site delivery milestones.

LX Cable holds four internationally recognized certifications: ISO 9001, CE, TÜV, Und RoHS. These apply across applicable product lines. Certificate documentation is available upon request.

Yes. Our technical team can coordinate relevant third-party testing and documentation. Please inform us of your destination country’s import requirements at the inquiry stage.

Third-party FAT can be arranged on request. We work with customers and nominated inspection agencies to schedule production-stage or pre-shipment testing at our facility.

We support EXW, FOB, and CIF trade terms. Shipment options include FCL, LCL, mixed container consolidation, and air freight for samples or urgent small quantities.

Standard payment terms include T/T and L/C. O/A terms are available for established customers based on trading history. The payment structure is confirmed during quotation.

LX Cable products carry a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from dispatch. Warranty terms are specified in the sales contract.

BOMFLEX is LX Cable’s branded one-stop procurement and consolidation service for EPC contractors, project developers, and utility buyers who need multiple electrical product categories sourced, inspected, and shipped from a single point of origin.

The BOMFLEX process covers cable and accessory manufacturing or procurement against your BOM, warehouse consolidation, re-packing and container loading optimization, standardized pre-shipment inspection, and shipment delivery management. A dedicated project manager and technical team handle documentation, QC sign-off, and warranty support.
